I received my 1st jar on April 6th..love the taste and texture..Don’t know for sure if helping with my sleep still waking up a few times a night trouble getting back to sleep.I only have 1 teaspoon left was taking 2 teaspoons but saw how fast it was going so went down to 1..I really feel my best nights is when I took 2 teaspoons.I will be ordering more because I want to get that deep bear sleep for sure.Thank You
