(1) You can start with 1/2 dropper (1/2 mL) Beezy Beez Oil; 45 min to 1 hour before bedtime or the time you'd like the benefits to take effect.
(2) From there, you can increase it by 1/2 a dropper until you reach the results you are looking for, assuming you've seen no effects; do not exceed 2 full droppers (2mL) per serving.
The reason behind this process is that every strength is an additional 1/2 a dropper will provide you with 14MG of Botanical Extract. With that approach, you can find your perfect serving size and strength, and next time order the perfect strength for yourself.
